This role sits in the global communications function, working in the Corporate Owned Channels team. As a Senior Digital Analytics Lead, you will use your combined technical and project management expertise to provide deep insights utilizing technical expertise. The Client’s corporate Platform comprises of 71 websites, 53 market sites, and other related consumer and corporate communication platforms. They cover 6 continents, over 100 countries and provide content in 31 different languages. The corporate sites are the single source of truth for accurate financial and sustainability information. In 2023 there was over 32 million estimated page views to our corporate websites. The platform is optimized for organic search while supporting all areas of the business including Business Groups, functions and markets to reach key audiences including investors, consumers and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Insights
- Develop and implement strategy on digital tools and data analytics
- Develop new digital tools, data pipelines and dashboards that support safety and sustainability
- Work closely with analytical partners to develop quarterly dashboards, establish KPIs and measurement of U.com survey data.
- Review Power BI dashboards and establish role in client insights & reporting.
- Establish AI opportunities to simplify and enhance reporting.
- Support data gathering for client’s monthly and quarterly reports.
SEO
- Support in the client’s development and implementation and market sites SEO strategy
- Work closely with SEO and (Central Eastern Europe) CEE team to review, establish and implement a domain strategy.
On site Search
- Work closely with stakeholders and (Central Eastern Europe) CEE team establish on-site requirements.
- Project manage the implementation of onsite search across the client’s network.
- Establish onsite search KPIs and measurement.
Ad-hoc Projects
- Implement Wrike to support project management.
- Innovation – how we can use AI to accelerate innovation across company’s corporate sites.
- Raise tickets ad-hoc content updates across corporate sites.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience in a Digital Marketing landscape
- Good working knowledge of global web platforms, with proven ability to learn fast and deliver in new technology areas
- Some working knowledge of generative AI and Machine Learning is essential.
- Knowledge of enterprise web platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager,
- Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to schedule and manage multiple projects, including working with outside vendors where required.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to act independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to manage multiple agencies or organizations to reach digital goals
- Knowledge of good practices around website usability, maintainability and accessibility
- An outstanding communicator, relationship builder and influencer, capable of working effectively with counterparts of all work levels worldwide
- Self-starting and able to make significant progress quickly whilst maintaining solid communications.
- Excellent knowledge of digital tools and metrics, ensuring the global website estate is operationally sound regarding site speed, SEO, accessibility and other metrics.
- An ability to apply strategic thinking and business goals to user experience research
- Demonstrable ability to select the most appropriate methodology to uncover product strategy-level questions, usability issues, and innovation requirements
- Ability to consolidate, document and present research findings, often from multiple sources, in short, concise, actionable, compelling stories to large audiences
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience with a variety of data visualization tools
- Familiarity with data management/data integration approaches of diverse data sets (including database design, ontologies)
- Knowledge of JamStack Web technology, with headless CMS systems like Sanity.
