PROBLEM

Dole Foods required a major transformation of its core operational technology landscape to support global supply chain efficiency and warehouse performance. Existing systems lacked integration, visibility, and scalability, limiting operational control and data-driven decision-making. 

The business needed to implement Microsoft Dynamics Warehouse Management capabilities while supporting the broader transition toward SAP S/4HANA.
