Processing half a million tons of pineapple.

PROBLEM
There was a major failure in Dole implementing a new warehouse system. As a result, there was no warehouse management. The factory was a pineapple factory and you aren’t able to stop trees growing therefore it was imperative that a solution was found as the factory was wasting a lot of product and money.  

SOLUTION
After an assessment of Dole’s SAP we were able to advise, develop and implement a fully SAP warehouse management solution. All of this was done during the height of covid, remotely and in trying circumstances where other major suppliers stepped away not being able to deliver.  

RESULT
As a result, we were able to reduce waste and deliver an SAP solution remotely and in a covid environment where others couldn’t. This solution is still being used today and we continue to support Dole foods with their warehouse management.
