Fully automated factory management for UK factories.

PROBLEM
Eco Lab had a legacy ERP system which gave the factories the simple data of forecast and demand however this was run and managed via an excel spreadsheet by one person providing Eco Lab with not only limited information but a single point of failure.  

SOLUTION
Neem designed and developed a mini ERP system which fully runs the factory. It provides Eco Lab with forecast information, stock levels, and demand giving them the amount of product needed but not only that but the quantities of raw materials required, bottles, stickers etc. SCMC also produces a full production plan detailing which factory, line and machine will produce what and when. This can then inform procurement for purchasing materials, and gives MRP (material requirement planning) It provides a visual schedule to maximise efficiency.  

RESULT
As a result, the process is now fully automated releasing the planner to no longer manage excel but to plan more, reduce wastage, and negotiate better deals with suppliers.
