As a Technical Project Manager of data and analytics, you will lead, manage, and support various technical and data analytics projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with diverse, large, and small IT projects. Must be able to manage large projects. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks to the Project. Must be able to manage cost, schedule, and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering using Databricks.
• Must have strong problem-solving capabilities, manage work diligently, thoroughly document work, succinctly communicate analysis process and outcomes, and effectively work with clients.
• Experience in data product management, focusing on Snowflake data lakehouse implementation.
• Experience working with cloud-based data storage platforms, distributed data processing frameworks, data transformation tools, and query engines.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data governance, and data security principles.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with agile ways of working.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Coordinate and manage documentation, presentations, and processes in compliance with organization standards.
• Solve various complex problems in imaginative and practical ways using professional concepts.
• Work on diverse problems requiring analysis.
• Identify key process improvements to help the team work more efficiently.
• Support strategizing and developing new capabilities within the Analytics/Data Science space.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal and solution development, reviews, and presentations.
• Coordinate functional tasking of project team staff.
• Must be able to travel when needed.
• Ensure data consistency and durability with outstanding performance and scalability.
• Ensure service high availability within the cluster and cross regions.
• Coordination of internal and partner delivery resources for project staffing with suitable skill sets and seniority levels across competence pools.
