We are looking for an energetic and motivated Digital Business analyst to join our team with Accessibility testing experience, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and the ability to lead teams through the outcomes of Website testing.   

The successful candidate will be comfortable working without close supervision and must be strong support for the Brand’s development teams to ensure their websites are accessible and bug-free.    

 The Test Analyst will carry out the following activities: 

• Testing – Conduct both Manual Testing using tools and standard industry techniques 
• Development of Test Cases and User Acceptance Criteria using the 3-Amigo Process in an Agile Sprint Framework 
• Conduct compatibility testing across PC Browsers and Mobiles 
• Ensure ongoing progress updates to the brand teams and other operational team members as necessary 
• Update necessary project management tools, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, and regular project executive summaries as essential and required by the Digital Operations Manager 
• work with the client to ensure all testing criteria are defined and complied to 
• Ideally, have some experience with website test automation tools 

 The candidate should naturally build relationships with the customer and lead them through the processes necessary to deliver robust digital solutions.   We are looking for a customer-focused individual and willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. 

Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.   It is requested that a covering letter be supplied with the application, referencing suitability against the role requirements. 

Essential Skills and Experience;

• Experience range of 6-8 years in IT and experience of 3-4 years in website testing 
• Strong experience in Manual End to End website testing,  
• Adobe AEM author and publish testing would be advantageous 
• Preferably worked in Agile, JIRA
