Introduction:

The SaaS and Business Applications Technical Lead will oversee the technical management, integration, and support of various SaaS and business applications. This role ensures the seamless operation, performance, and security of these applications, working closely with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of business and SaaS Applications.
• Ensure applications are updated with the latest versions and
• Manage user access and permissions in compliance with security policies.
• Integrate business and SaaS applications with other enterprise systems.

Technical Experience:

• Proficient in managing various SaaS and business
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and virtual
• Experience with application integration, security, and performance optimization.
• Proficient in managing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in managing and integrating various SaaS applications including Jira/Confluence, Sniperhire, Cornerstone on Demand, DocuSign, SAP Ariba, Convene, Signavio, Instill, Krisp, Tableau, LLF Hub, e-Test Engine, Soutron portal, and Deal Tracker Analyzer /Eikon/Islamic Deal Connect.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS and business application management.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and virtual machines.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing business and SaaS applications.
• Relevant certifications in application management, cloud technologies, or project management are a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical lead or similar role managing cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 applications, and SaaS solutions.
